Additional information

Updates: We check your system and your plugins once a month to make sure they are up to date and carry out updates.

Legal adjustment: We cooperate with the law firm e-Recht24 in updating the legal texts. Unfortunately, we cannot assume any liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of your legal information. We therefore recommend every customer to additionally consult a legal representative.

Monthly reporting: In our monthly reporting we inform you about current access figures of your website. If desired, we can also provide you with key figures from various social channels, advertising campaigns and newsletter tools.

Content Management: Our content management includes content as well as graphical changes of existing content. Adaptations such as additional subpages or extended functions require a short consultation, but are usually not a problem, provided they can be implemented within the specified working time.

Terms of contract: The first invoice is always issued on the first of the following month after successful conclusion of the contract. All amounts are always due in advance. The contracts are automatically extended by the specified term unless notice of termination is given in due time. An informal e-mail is sufficient for this purpose.
