What happens in a free initial consultation?

The main purpose of the initial consultation is to get to know your starting position and ideas. You tell us where you stand, what you want to achieve and what expectations you have of a collaboration. Based on this, we will consider the extent to which we can support you and then develop an initial offer.

Can I switch between packages?

Yes, the packages are flexibly customizable. If you find that your current package no longer meets your requirements - either because you need more support or because your priorities have changed - you are welcome to contact us.

How is it decided which measures are implemented?

At the beginning of the collaboration, we develop a data-based digital strategy together. Based on your business objectives, we prioritize the measures and implement them in close coordination with you. Regular meetings keep you informed of progress at all times.

Are there any additional costs to the package prices?

The package prices cover all of our work, with the exception of a website relaunch. This is always calculated and carried out individually. If advertising measures are relevant to achieving your goals, a media budget is also required. The amount of this can of course be determined by you and can also be adjusted at any time.

Are there any set-up fees or setup costs?

No, there are no additional setup fees. All setup and onboarding activities are part of the agreed person days in your chosen package.
