New customer: Livable Cities GmbH with CITY DECKS®
At the end of 2024, we welcomed Livable Cities GmbH, a Mannheim-based start-up with a focus on modular street furniture, as a new customer. Their product CITY DECKS® is already in use in over 200 cities in the DACH region.
Following a comprehensive strategy workshop in December 2024, we started developing a sustainable strategy that incorporates all relevant channels and touchpoints right at the turn of the year and began with the concrete implementation.
We implemented the website relaunch as the basis for all further measures, as the previous system had reached its limits. The new website now not only offers an improved user experience, but also enables professional tracking for future, data-driven marketing decisions. At the same time, we integrated the Brevo CRM system for efficient newsletter marketing and customer data management.
With the newly created digital infrastructure, we will launch targeted campaigns in the Meta, LinkedIn and Google networks in the coming quarter. In addition, the introduction of SEO measures will sustainably increase organic visibility in the future.
The combination of strategic consulting, technical expertise and operational implementation forms the solid basis for a long-term cooperation with which we support CITY DECKS® in its further growth.
Successfully established KüchenUpgrade increases organic visibility
In the first quarter of 2025, the online magazine implemented for KüchenUpgrade showed clear success in increasing organic visibility. The content platform launched at the end of 2024 has established itself as a valuable building block in the digital marketing strategy and has fully achieved the targets set.
The combination of relevant specialist articles, guides and inspirational topics led to a significant increase in organic website visits. At the same time, the balanced channel mix enabled us to achieve a measurable reduction in the cost-per-lead in the overall marketing mix.
These positive results confirm our strategic approach. The long-term content strategy will be systematically continued in the coming months in order to further consolidate KüchenUpgrade 's positioning as an expert for high-quality kitchen worktops.
Multisite relaunch for faller audio
In the first quarter, we began implementing a multisite system for faller audio. Our long-standing customer, which specializes in innovative hearing solutions, is setting an important milestone in its international expansion with this step.
By converting the existing WordPress system into a multisite solution, we are creating the technical basis for the efficient development of new target markets - initially with a focus on the US market.
The project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter and will enable faller audio to manage content centrally while at the same time adapting it regionally.
Successful reopening of GLEIS4 Frankenthal
Our client GLEIS4 Frankenthal celebrated the opening of its new location on February 21, 2025. To coincide with the opening, we set up the digital marketing infrastructure for GLEIS4, including conversion tracking in the Eventim.light ticket store. Building on this, we launched targeted Google Ads and social media campaigns to maximize visibility and ensure reliable ticket sales.

News from the Partner & Söhne team
We were able to further strengthen our team in the first quarter of 2025: Chris, an experienced campaign specialist, moved from freelance work to a permanent position at Partner & Söhne. His expertise in the strategic planning and optimization of performance campaigns will enrich our service portfolio in the field of paid advertising.
Outlook for Q2/2025
In the second quarter, we are expanding our portfolio in the healthcare sector - the onboarding of a dental practice starts in April. Our team will come together in Hamburg in May to further develop our agency. In addition to joint leisure activities, we will focus on intensive work on interdisciplinary projects in order to further strengthen our expertise and cooperation.
Important legal changes are coming up for website operators in the next quarter: the shutdown of the ODR platform in July and the entry into force of the Accessibility Improvement Act at the end of June. We have already published detailed magazine articles on this and are supporting our customers with the implementation.
