For us, the third quarter of 2026 was all about growth—both for our clients and for us. In addition to exciting projects in the fields of healthcare, e-commerce, and culture, we focused intensively on new channels and opportunities that are currently transforming digital communication. We were also particularly pleased to receive an award this quarter: In 2026, Partner & Söhne was named one of the top 100 owner-managed agencies in Germany.

Awareness Campaign to Reduce the Burden on the Emergency Room

Emergency rooms in Germany are operating at full capacity in many places. That’s why, in the third quarter, we developed an awareness campaign for Mannheim University Medical Center that addresses exactly this issue: When is the emergency room the right place to go, and when are there more appropriate alternatives?

Unlike most of our healthcare projects, this one isn't about generating appointment requests. The focus is on providing information so that people can better understand their symptoms and only go to the emergency room when it's truly necessary.

Relaunch of the faller-audio.com website

Since 2022, we have been working with faller audio—the brand owned by sonoro Audio GmbH that specializes in the OSKAR TV voice amplifier—to help them build their digital infrastructure.

As part of the new product generation centered around the new OSKAR and OSKAR Easy, we have now carried out a comprehensive relaunch of the e-commerce system. The website was technically adapted to meet the current needs of our international target audiences and visually updated to align with the brand’s new corporate design. Starting October 1, in addition to managing and further developing the website, we will also take on the planning and execution of performance marketing.

Conclusion of the Strategy Workshops with the Alte Feuerwache Mannheim

In the second quarter, we developed the first phase of a new digital marketing strategy with theAlte Feuerwache Mannheim concert and event venue. In the third quarter, the project was completed during a second workshop.

Together, we have developed a plan for how to reach relevant target audiences through the appropriate channels in the future without losing the institution’s cultural identity, and we have identified the priorities that result from this for the coming months. Based on this, we are now implementing the strategy together with the team at the Alte Feuerwache.

ChatGPT Ads in Germany

With the launch of ChatGPT Ads, a new advertising channel has arrived on the German market: Since August 24, 2026, OpenAI has been rolling out its advertising offering in a total of 31 European markets, including Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands. Ads will initially appear in the Free and Go plans, while the Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Edu plans will remain ad-free.

It quickly became clear to us that we didn’t just want to monitor this channel—we also wanted to test it ourselves. Our approach is the same as with any new channel: We first use data to determine what works before making recommendations to our clients. That’s why we’ve already launched our first campaigns using ChatGPT Ads and are currently gathering valuable insights on ad formats, delivery, and performance. These insights are directly incorporated into our consulting services.

Launch of Our Webinar Series

In the third quarter, we launched a new format: Through our webinar series, we share our expertise on current topics in digital marketing in a concise and practical way.

The series kicked off with the free online seminar “AI Act Now!,” led by Max-Raphael Feibel together with attorney and legal engineer Daniel Kleiboldt. It was aimed at healthcare professionals and highlighted the legal and marketing-related obligations under the AI Act when using AI in everyday clinical practice. Due to high demand, the webinar will be repeated on October 19.

In the second webinar, our Performance Specialist Christopher Smid-Sawall introduced our Claude Brand Research Skill, which automatically captures a website’s brand and marketing context and prepares it as a foundation for strategy, copy, and campaigns.

We will continue the webinar series in the coming quarter with more exciting topics in digital marketing.

News from the " Partner & Söhne " Team

There have also been some changes internally. With Nehle and Simon, two new working students have joined our ad team and will be helping us with the planning, implementation, and optimization of campaigns going forward. We’re very excited to have them both on board.

In addition, we are consistently refining our internal use of AI. To this end, we are developing our own AI workflows in which our clients’ tone, structural guidelines, and legal requirements are firmly embedded—for example, for landing page copy or for reviewing ad copy in accordance with the German Law on the Advertising of Medicines. Our clients benefit directly from this: results are delivered faster, consistently meet the same quality standards, and are systematically checked for compliance. This leaves more time for strategy and consulting. At the same time, we know from our own experience where AI creates real added value and where it does not, enabling us to provide our clients with well-informed advice.

After giving the website Partner & Söhne and realigned our external communications, we have also become a member of the German Digital Economy Association (BVDW) as of this quarter. This membership connects us even more closely with the industry and gives us early insight into legal, technical, and strategic developments—insights that also benefit our clients.
