Our Collaboration: From Parking Spaces to Digital Success

CITY DECKS® was founded in 2020 by architects Robin Woll and Wulf Kramer to transform unused parking spaces into true “city living rooms.” Their modular parklets—small, multifunctional public spaces with built-in seating, planters, or bike racks—have already found a home in over 200 cities across the German-speaking world.

The challenge: How do you communicate complex urban planning topics in a way that’s easy to understand digitally? How do you efficiently reach municipal decision-makers and urban planners? As an external digital marketing department, we developed a holistic digital strategy that guides the process from the initial inspiration to a concrete project inquiry.

Audit

Before we begin implementing the first measures, we conduct a detailed audit to analyze CITY DECKS®’ existing digital infrastructure: Which target groups are already being reached, and which are not? Where is there room for improvement in the customer journey? What is the technical infrastructure like, and which channels offer the greatest potential?

Website Relaunch

We are developing a new WordPress-based website that explains complex urban planning topics in an accessible way and clearly presents the modular product system. The focus is on improved performance, responsive design, and an optimized user experience for municipal decision-makers.

Lead Automation

To streamline lead management, we are implementing Brevo workflows. This intelligent automation enables CITY DECKS® to professionally guide prospective clients from the initial contact through to the project inquiry, while also conserving resources.

Performance marketing

We launch targeted advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn that are specifically geared toward local government decision-makers and urban planners. Through continuous optimization, we increase visibility by 77% while simultaneously reducing the cost per lead by 52%. At the same time, we develop offline conversion processes to further improve lead qualification.
