2023

Strategic Development and Rapid Market Entry

When the collaboration begins in the summer of 2023, speed is the top priority: osapiens needs a solid digital presence to lay the groundwork for further marketing activities. At the client’s request, we’re initially focusing on a Webflow-based relaunch so we can get started without a long lead time. At the same time, we’re setting up the tracking infrastructure and launching the first advertising campaigns in the DACH region.

In addition to the technical setup, we’re providing operational support in the areas of content and event management. The foundation for data-driven decisions has been laid.

2024

Relaunch on MultiSite WordPress and International Expansion

With osapiens’ rapid international expansion, it’s becoming clear that the Webflow solution is reaching its limits. We’re developing a new multi-site WordPress system designed from the ground up for international visibility, scalability, and performance. The system will enable osapiens to tap into new international markets while ensuring a consistent brand image across all websites.

At the same time, we’re expanding the tracking infrastructure and extending ad campaigns from the DACH region to over 20 target countries. A key focus is on tapping into the North American market: campaigns and content are specifically tailored to the requirements of the U.S. market. For the osapiens SoS 24 event, we’re also handling the digital support, from promotion to conversion optimization. Together with the internal teams, we’re also developing a long-term SEO strategy.

2024

Development of the osapiens CMMS Platform

In parallel with our ongoing performance marketing efforts, we are supporting the development and marketing of the osapiens CMMS platform. Close coordination with various internal teams ensures that messaging, channels, and target audiences remain consistent across all departments. A new product needs its own digital presence: We develop the necessary content, landing pages, and campaign structures to position the platform in the market and generate initial qualified leads.

2025

Performance Marketing with a Focus on Lead Quality

With a well-established campaign infrastructure, the focus is shifting: Instead of lead volume, the emphasis is now on lead quality. We stabilize the performance marketing channels and consistently refine campaign structure, targeting, and landing pages to drive qualified inquiries. Managing a six-figure advertising budget requires precise allocation and continuous optimization to ensure that every euro invested contributes to the set goals. The result is a significantly improved data foundation that sales and marketing can build upon together.
