From organic growth to measurable e-commerce success

When LotusGrill approached us in 2019, the brand was faced with the challenge of bringing its innovative product world to life digitally. Over the first few years, we built up the organic social media channels together, creating a loyal community around the low-smoke barbecue experience. This organic presence laid the foundation for what was to follow in 2025: the strategic shift to performance marketing.

From tracking to performance

Before the first campaigns could go live, we laid the technical foundations: a precise tracking infrastructure made every conversion measurable and an optimized Merchant Center Product Feed made the entire product range accessible for Shopping campaigns.

With this basis, we launched targeted Google Ads campaigns that started exactly where potential customers were looking. By continuously optimizing the campaign structure, precise targeting and data-based adjustments, we were able to continuously increase performance while keeping the budget deliberately lean.

The result exceeded all expectations: Orders tripled within a very short space of time, while sales increased by over 400 percent. LotusGrill was not only able to increase the visibility of the brand, but also achieve measurable business success in e-commerce.
