Our Collaboration: A Successful Turnaround: From a Marketing Problem to a Growth Story

In October 2022, we received an inquiry from KüchenUpgrade . At that time, the Weinheim an der Bergstraße-based company had already worked with two different agencies in the areas of website and advertising but had not achieved the desired results.

Through a detailed audit, we were able to analyze their current digital marketing efforts and, based on that, create a project plan for optimization and realignment. This plan was implemented within just eight weeks at the start of our collaboration in January 2023. By March, the new marketing funnel was already up and running, featuring a new website, new campaigns, and a sophisticated tracking infrastructure.

Since then, we have consistently recorded year-over-year increases in lead numbers. Thanks to the success of the business model, the company has been able to acquire several regional partners and expand its delivery area to cover almost all of Germany.

2022

Audit & Strategy Development

In a comprehensive audit, we analyzed every aspect of the existing digital marketing strategy. In the process, we identified not only the obvious weaknesses but also untapped potential. Based on this in-depth analysis, we then developed a clear, prioritized project plan that served as the foundation for a strategic realignment of digital lead generation.

2023

Website Relaunch Using WordPress

With a clear plan in place, we set out to implement it. Within just eight weeks, we completed the entire digital transformation. We kicked things off with a professional photo shoot that produced high-quality visual assets for all marketing channels. At the same time, we developed a new WordPress-based website with a conversion-optimized funnel architecture and implemented a comprehensive tracking infrastructure that makes every step of the customer journey measurable.

Holistic Digital Marketing

Using the new digital infrastructure, we launched Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns specifically designed for lead generation. Success wasn’t long in coming: Within the first six months, the cost per lead dropped by over 50 percent. At the same time, we developed a sustainable SEO strategy to boost organic visibility. The steadily rising number of leads enabled KüchenUpgrade to systematically scale its business model and secure several regional stonemason partners.

2024

E-commerce System

To further increase the conversion rate, we expanded the website to include an e-commerce system specifically designed for sample shipments. This feature allows potential customers to experience the quality and feel of the various materials for themselves before making a final purchase decision. The integration lowered the barrier to making inquiries and noticeably improved lead quality.

2025

CRM Implementation & Lead Automation

As the partner network grew, manually managing leads became increasingly resource-intensive. That’s why we implemented a CRM system and fully automated the entire lead process—from the initial inquiry through qualification to the automatic handoff to the appropriate regional partner. This automation saves valuable resources while ensuring faster response times.
