A Structured Transformation: Through a strategy workshop, a website relaunch, and the implementation of a tracking infrastructure, we have laid the digital foundation and have been continuously enhancing the center’s visibility ever since.

Kicking off the digital transformation: In an intensive workshop, we worked with the ZfK team to develop the strategic direction. We analyzed the requirements of all four departments, defined the target groups, and determined how to convey the unique care structure digitally.

Based on the insights gained from the workshop, we developed a well-thought-out information architecture that clearly structures four distinct departments while bringing the holistic care concept to life. Each department has its own section with specific information, while higher-level pages highlight the interdisciplinary collaboration.

The website relaunch brought this concept to life. With clear navigation, a user-friendly design, and an optimized user experience, patients can now navigate the site intuitively, whether they’re looking for an initial cardiology consultation or want to learn about rehabilitation services.

In parallel with the relaunch, we implemented a comprehensive tracking infrastructure that makes all relevant interactions measurable. This lays the foundation for making data-driven decisions in the future.

With the completion of the website project, our long-term collaboration with the ZfK begins.
