faller audio is a brand of sonoro Audio GmbH and specializes in a clear goal: to improve the quality of hearing and quality of life for older adults. At the heart of the brand is OSKAR, a TV speech amplifier that was developed over two years in collaboration with research institutions, hearing care professionals, and audio specialists. As an external digital marketing department, we support faller audio in building and further developing its digital infrastructure.

A structured approach: We develop a cohesive digital foundation combining e-commerce, tracking infrastructure, and content, and support faller audio from its market launch through its international expansion.

E-commerce Setup and Ongoing Operations
faller audio sells OSKAR directly through its own online store. We manage the e-commerce platform using WordPress and WooCommerce: from product management and payment gateway integration to shipping logic and Omnisend workflows for transactional emails and abandoned cart follow-ups, which we will have fully set up and configured by 2024. At the same time, we’ve incorporated trust elements and further developed conversion-relevant content, including the FAZ Kaufkompass “Test Winner” seal, which recognizes OSKAR as the best TV audio amplifier in the test.

Tracking Infrastructure and Server-Side Tracking
Without reliable data, it’s impossible to optimize a campaign. At faller, we’ve built a comprehensive tracking infrastructure that makes it possible to measure the entire customer journey, from the first click to the purchase. Following a phase of browser-based tracking and the implementation of a conversion API in the spring of 2024, we implemented a server-side tracking infrastructure via Stape starting in early 2025. The result is a more comprehensive database that enables Google and Meta’s algorithms to work with better signals.

How-to Content and Support Section
Anyone buying a TV sound amplifier rarely does so without doing some research first. That’s why, starting in 2023, we’ve added various how-to articles to faller-audio.com that answer questions about hearing, hearing aids, and daily life with hearing loss. At the same time, in the summer of 2023, we integrated a Zendesk-based support section and updated the service and contact pages accordingly. Topic-specific landing pages—such as those on TV amplifiers, apps for the hard of hearing, and hearing care—were added in 2024.

fallerCARE: Digitizing Warranty and Service
Similar to sonoroCARE, we developed a digital warranty and service process for faller audio that went live in 2025. Buyers can register their OSKAR and access all services digitally through a dedicated platform. Since early 2026, fallerCARE has also been available in English and French. The system reduces the workload on internal support while improving the post-purchase customer experience.

International Expansion into the U.S. Market
faller audio isn’t just aimed at the German-speaking market. By setting up a multisite system in early 2025, we laid the technical foundation for international expansion. In April 2025, the U.S. version of the website went live: on a standalone domain with a local legal notice and a direct link to Amazon for the U.S. market. The website’s multilingual functionality is powered by Weglot and was further expanded as part of the U.S. expansion.

HÖRST Magazine: A content platform for a specific target audience
People looking for a TV voice amplifier are often also seeking answers to questions about hearing, hearing aids, and coping with hearing loss. HÖRST Magazine addresses precisely these needs. We built the magazine as a standalone content platform on the domain hoerstmagazin.com, implemented it technically as a multisite system, and supported it with an SEO strategy. The content from the previous faller guide was migrated, internal links were restructured, and the site was fully indexed.
